What SAFE is good for

Generating an intuitive report on your protected resources has never been easier. The SAFE tool extends the Siteminder™ to provide you with real-time local or remote reporting of your policy store. The current reports generated using Siteminder's built-in audit tool only allows for viewing of accessed resources whereas SAFE open a multitude of possibilities with the report you can generate for audit purposes.

What SAFE is not good for.. yet

Generating Web based reports. SAFE currently is a standalone application that outputs reports to popular file formats.
Providing SiteMinder™ access and intrusion reports. SiteMinder has an existing reports for this purpose and at the moment, there is more need to fill the gap for Policy Store auditing.
